Simulation in Keysight ADS

Hello,

I want to simulate an amplifier by using the NXP MRFE6VP5150. Therefore I used the ADS Model from NXP. I have obtained fixed line lengths through my simulation.
As far as I know, a length is defined from the center of a pad to the center of the next pad. This would mean that my signal path on the pcb is shorter at the end than what is given in the simulation, because the signal path would stop before the transistor pad. This would also mean, that the NXP Model only includes half of the pad from the transistor.
The other possibility would be, that the length stops before the pad of the transistor begins, which would mean that the ADS Model from NXP includes the pad till the end.

So how is it correct?

Thank you very much in advance!
