Searching for a processor reference

I was wondering if we can find the reference of a processor with his serial number: xaa0938c

My processor on my board is brocken and I would like to replace it with a new one but references has been removed, I only can see serial number I guess.

I ve found a picture of this board on internet and I guess NXP logo on it. But references are unreadable.

you are right, the picture from internet is not readable. If you have a board you can take a picture and post here. Then maybe we can try to recognize the part marking. Thank you. Have a nice day.
