Neither j-link nor isp serial port can be used to burn lpc1769, and the circuit is normal. I changed the previous lpc1769 that can be burned to the circuit board, and it can be burned normally. I made 10 pieces of samples, and all the lpc769 above can not be burned normally.

These chips have been unable to connect successfully, does this mean that the chips are damaged? If not, is there any way to determine if the chip is damaged
