Controller Resets on 2 bit RAM ECC Injection.

Hi All,

I am working with MPC5675K(PXS3020) controller. Recently I tried to inject 1 bit and 2 bit ECC errors in RAM. 1 Bit ECC error injection is working without any problem, but on 2 bit ECC error injection controller is resetting. To identify the reset cause, I read the registers in RGM(Reset Generation Module). Both "Functional Event Status" register and "Destructive Event Status" registers are read as 0.

Please suggest me a solution.

Hi Lukas,

First of all , Thank you for your valuable reply.

I have not written any code for exception handling. Actually I don't know what to do with each exception. I am using the project generated by CW 10.6 and I am using only IVOR4 for external interrupts. I am going through the document thoroughly and I will get back to you after that.
