Seems this is the only channel for product support anymore. So I will post my product support questions here.

Are there s-parameters for the AFT05MS003N which go down to, say 50MHz?

Can the AFT05MS003N be biased at +5V?

Any insight on noise figure (typical) at 100MHz-150MHz?

Product support answered this as follows:

AFT05MS003N_PDK can be used to predict operational performance at +5V drain voltage. Freescale/NXP MET LDMOS Model is an empirical large signal nonlinear model and is capable of performing small-signal, large-signal, harmonic-balance, noise and transient simulations.
