Hi Team,

I’m looking for the ADS model libraries for the parts A2T08VD020NT1 and A2V09H300--04NR3. I checked the NXP RF High Power Models page but couldn’t find them.

Could you please share the libraries or let me know where to find them

Thanks for the S-parameters.

I was actually looking for A2V09H300-04NR3, not A2V09H525-04N.

Also, since a power model isn’t available, could you suggest how to proceed with Doherty PA Design ?

Good day!

Unfortunately we don't have the S-parameters for A2V09H300-04N as a document, but I did a deep research and found the response of A2V09H525-04N is very similar, at least for simulation, this document will be helpful, their main difference is the power.

With S-parameters you should be able to make your own custom design of the devices.
