How to program MK22F Sub-family MCU without source code

Hi,

I did a project with MK22FN512VLL12 MCU, and use MCUXpresso to build code for my board.

I can debug and program the MCU by PEmicro's USB Multilink.

but, how can I program the board without providing the source code? just like using s19 file to program Coldfire MCU?
