Codewarrior 10.5 for S12Z family

I have some legacy software to maintain and i need Codewarrior 10.5 for S12Z family. 

Does anyone know where to get it?

Thanks Jennie for the response. unfortunately I don't see CW10.5 in the "Previous" tab. The only one I see is CW11.0. see below.
