What does this result mean on TagInfo?

I was unable to retrieve the required information requested by the client off provided badges. I used Taginfo to retrieve the following images. Are the cards programmed correctly? Are there information that can be read of the cards? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure I understand you. 

I was provided with these badges. They are supposed to be programmed with the correct numbers/data

I was also provided with the AID, KEY etc. to program the reader with. But so far I got no response from the readers I used. 

So I scanned them with TagInfo on my phone and got the above results.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if these cards were programmed correctly by the providers?

Hello,

From the above Pictures there is no problem. The program of this card can't be read by TagInfo, if the program is encrypted. Please find the Taginfo's feature as the link.
