RC522 Application Note?

Hi,

I have been trying to write a driver for this chip and having major difficulty finding any application note or description on how it should function. The initialization process and so forth. I am also having difficulty communicating with the chip using I2C, writing or reading to some registers is causing the SDA line to be stuck low. Waiting for an acknowledgement from the Micro-controller. Maybe I am miss understanding some of the parts.

Please take into account that this part is not recommended for new design. For new designs we recommend MFRC630. The information available in the web page it's everything we have for the chip, you might find something else in Docstore, still, I can't really guarantee that you might find what you are looking for as we no longer recommend this part.
