NTAG5: AREA_1 questions

Hi,

I have several questions about the restricted AREA_1 memory section of the NTAG5 devices:

1. Is it right, that the read and write passwords are always needed to have access to the AREA_1 from NFC perspective ? That means, you always have to use the SET_PASSWORD Command before reading or writing data to this section, right ?
2. With the  GET NXP SYSTEM INFORMATION command you can read the PP-Pointer, which divides  AREA_0_H and AREA_0_L. Is there a similar command to read out PP_AREA_1 ? Maybe reading the configuration register  Device security configuration bytes is a solution here, but i don't want the configuration being readable from NFC perspective

Hope you are doing well.

The SET PASSWORD command has to be executed just once for the related password if the IC is powered.

Regarding PP_AREA_1, you would need to read block 3Fh to get PP_AREA_1 value.
