NHS3100 Adherance monitoring has not yet started

Hi,

I'm using NHS3100 therapy adherence. flash firmware www.nxp.com/downloads/en/apps/
app_demo_dp_tadherence_gpio14.bin file into NHS3100 using mobile app NHS31xx Downloader.

By using the NXP Therapy Config app started therapy successfully.

When i sacn NFC it shows "Adherance monitoring has not yet started"

I don't understand the issue. Please help to solve this issue.

Hi,

• Can you retry using the binary in the latest SDK?
• Can you check if the switches are all down (== "not extracted from the cavity")?
• Are you sure the IC is reset after a firmware flash? The best way to do is - which also guarantees to clear all HW debug breakpoints - is to physically remove the battery and re-insert it after flashing.
