NFC Cockpit for Custom Board CLRC663

Hi, Is there a way where we can use the NFC Cockpit tool for custom boards(has JTAG/USB(Through UART ).

Can we directly use USB(through UART) to access the tool?

If not,

Can we connect the JTAG/UART of the custom board to Eval of CLRC663 LPC Controller and access?

I was specifically asking about accessing Cockpit tool with  Custom NFC Front end IC without LPC Controller.

The above document is for EVAL Kit right?
