How to build - Mcuxpresso command line build with build option

I want use command line buld

 1. windows

 2. Ubuntu linux.

 3. using build option; such as option [PREDEFINE_OPT 1], check below

Please explain the usage in case the sample project: (frdmkw38_ble_shell_freertos)
