I am designing a control for a 4 phase motor with 4 coils fed @ 90 deg phase shift. All the NXP controls I see are 3 phase; however there are many motion control apps that use 4 phase i.e. turn tables, bikes etc. Mine is a PM motor. The chip I use is MC33033 which also actually does 4 phase control AND HAS 4 outputs for the 4 phases. Are there any NXP  devices that I can connect to the MC33033 to get 4 phase control? So all I do is connect my 4 motor coils to the NXP devices?

Unfortunately, NXP doesn't provide 4 phase PMSM reference design.
