Kinetis KM34 AFE Hardware Triggering

Where can I find more information on how to use hardware triggering for the Kinetis MKM34Z256VLx7? 

The reference manual says "The hardware trigger source is device specific" but I can't seem to find this info.

Hi, Shmuel,

Regarding your question, as you know that the KM34 has crossbar module, which provide the channel to enable the signals to trigger AFE. you can see the "AFE channel0 trigger" on the table, you can route the XBAR inputs triggering source(the left side of the table3-24) to trigger AFE channel.
