I am trying to find out the conversion time for ADC conversion time for S32k142.
The formula of total conversion time is given in Refrence Manual as following.
ADC TOTAL CONVERSION TIME = Sample Phase Time (set by SMPLTS + 1) + Hold Phase (1 ADC Cycle) + Compare Phase Time (8-bit Mode = 20 ADC Cycles, 10-bit Mode = 24 ADC Cycles, 12-bit Mode = 28 ADC Cycles) + Single or First continuous time adder (5 ADC cycles + 5 bus clock cycles)
With ADC peripheral clock frequency 80MHz & Bus clock Frequency 40MHz can you please help me to identify How much time do we need for ADC conversion?
Kindly help me by today, it urgent for our project.
