sending/receiving udp messages and bind error

Hello,

I am trying to send UDP messages between two frdm-KW41Z.

Once, i succeeded to open a socket and send data but the message didn't appear in the receiver shell.

I closed the socket and try again

I am getting this error. How can i fix it? is there a way to change the port number in the code files?
