Unfortunately, we have seen some boards refusing to be flashed via the OpenSDA before, and until now, we found no solution for that!
There are some workarounds for this issue:
1. Try to update the bootloader on the OpenSDA https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio-Knowledge-Base/HOWTO-Update-OpenSDA-Firmware-on-EVB/t...
2. use the RappID bootloader instead, find some instructions here https://community.nxp.com/t5/Model-Based-Design-Toolbox-MBDT/S32K118-Failed-to-connect-MBDT/m-p/1195...
3. Flash the generated elf file (you find it in the <model_name>_mbd_rtw generated folder) using the S32DS.
