RAppID ToolBox download

Hello,

I'm having issues while trying to download RAppID ToolBox graphical tool. Getting the error: "The software licensing and registration system is unable to verify your user profile. Please contact NXP® Technical Support for additional help."

Is it a glitch or something? Should I check Buy Options instead?
