How to trigger a function like NXP FCAN Tx block does?

Hi Everyone, 

I want to make a subsystem to trigger a function just like NXP FCAN Tx does. I tried mux, action and enable, none of them were working. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. 

I am using MCP5748G.
