DEVKIT-MPC5744P: PWM input capture problem

Hello:

   For the timer demo of MPC5744P MBD Toolbox: 'etimer_input_frequency_mpc574xP'.

   It works well if I do nothing modification.

   Then I only change the counter 0 input pin from PTA0 to PTD10 in the "eTimer_Config" block. It doesn't work.

   It's the same for the counter 1 and conter 2, the first pin option is OK and the second pin option is not OK.
