Hello,

  U-boot source codes are located in git repository.

For example, for the recent Linux BSP, customers can refer to Chapter 3 (Porting U-Boot)

in "i.MX_BSP_Porting_Guide.pdf".

and I got this link to get u boot source code from nxp website
