how I can measure execution time of u-boot

I got the source code of u.boot for imx6ultalite evaluation kit ,my question is how I can measure execution time of u-boot source code in eclipse IDE ….and uboot source code have many folders ..where I have to edit in order to have execution time ?

CONFIG_TIMESTAMP should be defined:

#define        CONFIG_TIMESTAMP
