How many RAM(KB) MQX RTCS uses?

I have a plan to develop a IP still image camera system using MCF5225x.

I want to know that I have to add external RAM or not.

The amount of RAM RTCS uses is highly dependant on how you configure it. That is: what protocols you use, how large you make the various queues and memory partitions, etc.
