Forcing 10 Mbps Ethernet Connection

Greetings,

Is there a parameter where I can force RTCS to establish a 10 Mbps (10Base-T) even if the network supports 100 Mbps connections (100Base-TX)?

Also, if I do so, are there 100Base-TX only networks? I suppose a 10Base-T should work in any network, correct?

I need this in order to save power in my end-device
