Where is source for AN3206 "Permanent Magnet Synchronous Vector Control..."?

If try to download AN3206SW.zip via the Freescale website it goes no where.  The AN4480SW.zip that uses the resolver instead of the quadrature decoder link works OK and I've built that code, but I'd like to start with the quadrature version.  Can anyone tell me where I can get it?

I'm sure I'll have more questions real soon.

Thank you.  I should have updated this last night - someone from the web team sent me the file last night and says they fixed the link.
