UTEST region problem （mpc5744p）

 HI:

       we need to read utest region (0x00400060) to test flash ecc error path, but there is two problem,

1:  when the program jump to main(), we found there is a error in MEMU ,

2:  when we read the address (0x00400060), the program will collapse, why this is happen?
