Reprogram MPC5604E

Hallo everyone,

i'd like to to reprogram the MPC5604E. So far i've downloaded the example software (Salsa Low Cost Reference Kit Aptina Camera version - demo SW + binaries). Now i'd like to analyse, edit and test the code. Unfortunately the example project is missing some folders (OS, Salsa). My question is: Is it possible to get these?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

if you want to modify the sample application, Freescale Autosar OS is needed. This note is copied from SalsaLowCostRefKitLibAPI.pdf:

"For evaluation purposes the sample application can be modified. In this case Freescale AUTOSAR OS/MPC560xE v.3.0 RTM should be installed into application\intapp_xxx\OS directory where scc subdirectory is expected."

Notice that it is commercial software, it is not provided for free:

we want to use the OS only for educational purposes at the Ostfalia -

University of Applied Sciences. Is it possible to get it for educational

purposes?
