[MPC5748G] Optimize flash programming speed

Hi, I want to know if anyone can tell me how to optimize the flash programming speed. Currently I'm using an OSJTAG adapter for progrmaming and debugging. Is there any recommendation for another adapter with higher speed? Or is it normal that it takes about 1,5 minutes to write the code into flash?

The flashing time can be so, it also depends on number of P/E cycles (more times erased devices mean longer erase/program time).

Some debugger are capable re-flash only modified blocks (for instance Lauterbach TRACE32), in such case flash programming is mostly quite fast.
