Now I'm using MPC5643L flash module to simulate eeprom in my team project,because the MPC5643L does't have eeprom module.Is there any example codes for me reference.

you can use EEPROM Emulation drivers:

Next option is to use standard software flash driver (functions for flash operations without EEPROM emulation):
http://www.nxp.com/files/microcontrollers/software/device_drivers/C90FL_SM_JDP_FLASH_SSD_DEVD.exe
