LBIST 4 and 3 failed

Hi folks,

We had the Online LBISTs always running successful until we had to change PER_CLK configuration from 150 to 100 MHz, then, LBIST 3 and LBIST 4 both fail.
Is there any explanation why LBIST 3 and LBIST 4 fail with PER_CLK equal to 100MHz ?

Hello,

The adjustment of the STC WDG did not fix the issue; extending the STUC WDG timer to the max (0xFFFFFFFF) did not work.
However, the issue was fixed by setting the clock source of PER_CLK to CORE_CLK.

I expect the slower execution will also require STCU watchdog to be adjusted accordingly.

Please always use the validated test scenarios by NXP.
