Hi Folks,

Upon running Online BIST (MBIST and LBIST) on MPC5777c, we observed that DECAR register changes it value after the STCU reset.
Is there any explanation why DECAR register changes after LBIST ?
I would expect that DECAR value survives after STCU reset since it is a warm reset.

With best regards
Omar

Hello,

Sure, the LBIST is testing also cores:

This is not about reset. LBIST fills registers integrity with test patterns. So reset is needed to load default value to registers.

Best regards,

Peter
