We are working with MPC5125 chip set having Linux version 2.x . We want to port linux version 4.x . Does NXP maintain this Linux code base ? If so , where can we take the code from( mean repository )?

This part is not recommended for new design.
So we are not maintaining linux for it.
Try to have a look at i.MX or SPC56xxS.
