Is there any other NCF fault configured for reset reaction? If yes, the device may be reset by FOSU.
No, all the NCF faults are configured to no reset and disable EOUT signals.
Actually what is used device? have you investigated RGM registers to check reset reason?

MC_RGM_DES and MC_RGM_FES.
