About programming mpc5566

Hello Dear Authorized.

I cannot read the mpc5566mzp144 controller in the car control unit via jtag. all wiring is correct. my programmer pemicro multilink.
I'm sure my programmer is working. I'm pretty sure mpc5566 works. but I can't connect. Apart from a hardware one, could I have encountered a software obstacle for mpc5566?

Hi, device may be censored and an access protected by JTAG password. Or it can be permanently censored if it is an intention.
