[RW612][Rachio] Access Rights to J-link Flashloader

"We are having some issue with our Beta hardware, and we believe it is associated with the new flash chip that Ublox is using in their module. I was reading through the NXP document AN13869 which details how to create a custom flash configuration. There is a link in this document that points to the "NXP propriety J-Link flashloader source code" which appears to be the template I would need to work from. Unfortunately, when I click the link it says I do not have access. Can you please get me access to this file.
