[MCXN947] Maximum frequency value of FlexPWM signal out

Hi,

I'm trying to test sample codes of SDK about FlexPWM block with pwm_cm33_core0  in MCX-N9XX-EVK board.

Here is a question about maximum frequency of FlexPWM signal output.

Can I set "APP_DEFAULT_PWM_FREQUENCY" as 1MHz ~ 7MHz ?

In my test complementary FlexPWM signal output is not good when I set "APP_DEFAULT_PWM_FREQUENCY" as 1MHz.  

Please let me know the maximum frequency of FlexPWM signal output if there is limitation.

Could you help me test whether changing the pair operation to independent allows you to reach the desired frequencies?

I got correct FlexPWM output signals upto 7MHz like attached picture.
