MCXC and EEPROM emulation

Hi there,
Please, Is able to use internal FLASH memory in the MCXC242 as a emulated EEPROM/Non-Volatile Memory for store users application settings (few bytes) during running application?
In some LPC microcontrollers is API for In-Application programming which make it possible. How about MCXC242?
Or one and only way is to connect external EEPROM?

If you mean software emulate EEPROM, yes, mcxc242 can as a emulated EEPROM.
