MCX N947 IFR MAP

Hello, in the reference manual of the MCX N947 is stated:

For all details related to CMPA and CFPA, including their fields and address settings, see the IFR map file MCXNx4x_PFR_Fusemap.xlsx, attached to this document.

However, I can not find that document anywhere. It is not inside the reference manual and  not downloadble anywhere either.

I would like to learn more and have a reference of all the CMPA/CFPA fields and their meanings. But I can not find a comprehensive list for my MCU.

Any help would be appreciated,

The MCXNx4x_IFR_Fusemap.xlsx is attached to the MCX Nx4x Security Reference Manual, apologies the confusion. 

A recommendation is to use pdf reader like acrobat reader to see the attached files.

you can download Secure Provisioning Tool, that allows to edit the CMPA/CFPA fields. The tool provides simple description for each value. The tool also allows to create bin file from the configuration and/or apply the configuration to chip.
