I also got some information from the internal team, please see below:
First, macOs Monterey is old and not supported. Could you check if any error dialog is shown, so we can have more details?
What you can do to get more information is as Marec said to launch the application from the Terminal, using this command:
/Applications/MCUX_Provi_25.06/MCUXpresso\ Secure\ Provisioning\ 25.06.app/Contents/MacOS/securep -v
a) It might provide some helpful error message
b) macOS treats application differently when started via launcher or via terminal, so there’s a high chance the tool will work when launched from terminal.
Unfortunately, without more details we cannot investigate. What can you also do is to rename (to have the backup) the $HOME/.nxp/ directory where the more MCUXPresso tools store the settings/preferences.
