MC9S12XD256 not visible in device selection while creating the new project

Hi, 

i installed CodeWarrior® Development Studio for HCS12(X) Microcontrollers (Classic IDE) v5.2 evaluation version, when i try to create new project with MC9S12XD256 controller there is no option for that.

can you please guide me on this
