Hi Team,

We are using MCIMX6Q5EYM10AE in our design. For SI simulation, we are downloading IBIS model from NXP website.

While assigning models to ENET_MDC & ENET_MDIO pins voltage reference for that pins shows 3.3V, 1.8V and 1.2V models only.
But actual pin voltage which we have used is 2.5V.
As per datasheet that pin Min.voltage is 1.65V.

Need a update on that specific pin voltage models in the IBIS models.

Hello @Mathiyazhagan

I hope you are doing very well.

The signal you are looking on Datasheet is NVCC_ENET, that is the "power rail" for ENET module.

ENET_MDC and ENET_MDIO are functional pads, that can works at 3.3 and 1.8.

The IBIS is correct.

Best regards,

Salas.
