Does MCXC44x support 5V SLCD?

Hi,

    Our customer is evaluating mcxc44x to drive slcd directly, but the slcd is power by 5Vdc.

    Can MCXC44x support it?

Hello @jimmyli ,

Thanks for your post.  The MCXC44x does not support 5V SLCD. According to Data Sheet, whether configured as an internal or external power, the maximum voltage should not exceed VDD, which is within the range of 1.71 to 3.6V.
