Assistance Needed: Datasheet and BDM Pinout for SC505407VFC Microcontroller (D151851-4410)

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to find the datasheet or BDM pinout for the microcontroller on this ECU board (photo attached). The microcontroller details are:

 

D151851-4410

SC505407VFC

-180

QQFW02490

If anyone has information or can help identify the BDM points, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

If we look at similar structures, the section I marked in the red box might be the BDM interface of my ECU. However, I can see 12 pins, while BDM interfaces typically have a maximum of 10 pins. Is there any possibility that this could still be a BDM interface with 12 pins?

I found this image in another forum where they mention that the 8 pin section in the top right(marked in yellow box) is the BDM interface. The microcontroller in this image has a similar part number to mine, so I believe they might share the same architecture.

I haven't found any information related to SC505407VFC on our official website. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Are you sure it is from NXP? Would you please tell me your purchasing channel so that I can confirm it more accurately?

Thanks for your response. I understand that SC505407VFC is not listed on the official NXP website. However, I found a similar microcontroller labeled D151851-0860/SC416887VFC/185/QSGX9921C, which appears to be a variant of the Motorola/Freescale MC68H16 R series 

Given this similarity, could you confirm whether SC505407VFC belongs to the same family or if it shares a similar architecture? Any information on the datasheet, pinout, or potential BDM access points would be greatly appreciated.
