Change JLink GDB server speed MCUXPRESSO-VSC

Dear Support,

I was wondering if there is a possibility to configure the programming/flash speed of the JLink debugger. Currently, it is fixed to 4000 but I can't seem to find any settings to change this.
A higher speed could greatly increase our productivity as programming the device is starting to get longer and longer the more our project grows.

We are not using the rtos plugin but by pointing it to a useless directory I got it working.
Example: "mcuxSeggerRTOSPlugin": ".vscode -speed 8000",
