Cannot download MCUXpresso IDE

Hi,

I am inside US but why cannot I download the IDE and get below error message:

Hello Winston

Please register your account with a company email. Because your email end with hotmail you won't be able to download anything that requires export control.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
