MCUXpresso IDE 11.1.0 Breakpoint error message

 Dear TEch support,

While debuging a problem  I tried to set a breakpoint and got the following error message below:

"Breakpoint installation  failed : Unmatched quote" .

It prevents me from setting a breakpoint.

What does that means?

The last time this was reported it was because there was a strange character in the full directory path of the file. Breakpoints are set using the full path, so check the name. If there is a problem in the name, you’ll need to change it.

The customer was copy a project from one PC to another.

Perhaps the project was not export and imported properly so the files's directory was not align properly, right?

Can you reference a blog of the reported issue?

where in the project setting is this directory path that you have to change?

I refer to the location, on the disk, of the file. This is probably also the location of the workspace.

if the project was Exported and Importes, there should be no problem. However if the directory name contains strange characters then this can cause the problem you are reporting.
