Flash driver file not found error on FRDM-KW36 SDK

I am debug FRDM-KW36 board with MCUXpresso IDE v10.2.1 [Build 795] [2018-07-25]， but it shows Flash driver file not found error when download the app with on-board cmsis-dap， the error information is as below, any advice?thanks.

The problem is solved after un-install the old version and then re-install the V10.3 version

Could you please update to the latest version of MCUXpresso (v10.3.1) and check to see if you're still getting the same error?

Thanks for your advice, i tried to update the version by click help->check for update, but it show no any update.

does it mean i must uninstall the version V10.2, then install V10.3? 

from the previous error information, looks there is no flashloader support. not sure whether they are related.

Could you please try downloading the MCUXpresso installer directly from the download page? Some important bugs were fixed in the 10.3.1 version.
