Using a J-Link plus compact on an LPCXpresso54S018 board.
It connects about 1 time in every 3 tries.
The internal NXP-LINK is equally flaky, which is why I'm trying external debugging (see my other posts on the internal debug problem.
I've attached two log outputs showing when it works and when it fails.
